Terms of Service

The terms for using and subscribing to the Klamna platform.

By using the Klamna platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms on your own behalf and on behalf of the organisation you represent. The service is provided by [company legal name].

1. The service

Klamna is a cloud customer-communication platform that includes, according to your subscription: call center, inbox and channels, CRM, sales and e-invoicing, appointments, campaigns and dialer, quality, team chat, AI and integrations. We develop and improve the service continuously.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details confidential and use two-factor sign-in where required. You are responsible for everything done through your account and its users.

3. Free trial

We may offer a free trial for a business type you choose, and you may switch business templates during it. To continue after the trial, choose a package.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Subscriptions are paid in advance (monthly or yearly) from your wallet; prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude VAT.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically when auto-renewal is on and the wallet covers it; otherwise the service is suspended after the grace period.
  • Calls on numbers we provide are charged per second from the wallet.
  • Increases during a period are charged pro rata; decreases apply from the next renewal.
  • Tax invoices are issued as the law requires.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for spam or unwanted calls and messages, fraud, breaking the law or others' rights, breaching Meta and WhatsApp policies, calling numbers on do-not-call lists, or attempting to compromise the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Your customers' data

Your data belongs to you. You are responsible for collecting it lawfully and for informing your customers when calls are recorded or AI is used; we process it on your behalf under our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties such as Meta, OpenAI, telecom carriers, ZATCA, payment providers and online-store platforms. Their terms apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

8. Artificial intelligence

AI output can contain mistakes. Our agents are designed to answer only from your knowledge base and to hand over what they do not know, but you remain responsible for reviewing content and settings and using them appropriately for your business.

9. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available; maintenance windows and outages can occur. No specific uptime is guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability does not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop renewal or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service for non-payment or breach of these terms, and will let you export your data within a reasonable time unless the law prevents it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes

We may change these terms and will publish the updated version here; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

14. Contact
