Is there a free trial, and can I switch business templates?
Yes. When you sign up you get a free trial. You pick your business (for example clinic, online store, shipping and delivery or real estate) from 14 ready templates, and Klamna sets up working hours, teams, canned replies, a queue, SLA policy, survey, knowledge base, AI agent, appointments and dialer drafts for you.
If another template fits you better, you can switch your business during the trial.
How do packages and pricing work?
There are four core packages: Call center, WhatsApp & Inbox, CRM and Sales & ZATCA. Combine any of them, with a discount for two or more packages, priced per user.
You can add AI, Dialer, Appointments, Quality, Integrations & API and extra WhatsApp numbers, or choose a business bundle for your industry. Pay monthly or yearly (yearly includes 2 months free). Prices are in SAR and exclude VAT; see the current prices on the pricing page.
